In the room
The room
Lat Phrao is the north-east of the city, a long way from the Sukhumvit bars and twenty minutes on foot from the MRT, which is why nobody walks. Soi 41, Yaek 10, is a residential turning, and number 137/10 is a converted old house with wood throughout and a front garden for the warm evenings, which in Bangkok is all of them. Records play in the evenings, mostly Thai and international easy listening, with the occasional live set.
Time Out's line is that comfort matters more than spectacle here and the bar is better for it, which is a polite way of saying there is no system to photograph and no rule on the table. Seating is limited, especially at the weekend. The word Time Out uses is homely, and the sources do not give you anything to argue with.

Unnamed. One Time Out listing is the whole published record, and this page keeps to it.
Which night
The night
A weeknight, when there is a seat. Thursday to Tuesday, 19:00 to 02:00, closed Wednesday, which makes it one of the latest doors on this list and the furthest from a train. Message the bar on Instagram or Line before a Friday or Saturday, Time Out says; midweek, walk in. Order whatever is poured. This is a sit-down room, not a cocktail programme, and the garden is the point.
Insider tip
Walk in knowing
Take a Grab, not the MRT, and go midweek. Message on Instagram or Line before a weekend: the seats run out.
