Club Salva Record Bar

The Modern-Day Culture team's second door on the same soi, red this time, with crates of jazz, house and disco and drinks built on vinegar.

In the room

The room

A red door on the third floor of number 70, Soi Sukhumvit 63, eight minutes on foot from the first room. The concept, by Time Out's account, borrows from Salvador Dalí and stops short of theme park, which in Bangkok is a real achievement. Crates run across jazz, house and disco. The thing people talk about is the drinks list: wines and cocktails built from fermented ingredients, which Time Out boils down to vinyl, vino and vinegar, and calls tangy and unlike anything else in town.

It opened in 2026, so the paint is fresh and the sources are thin. One Time Out listing is all that has been published, and this page says only what it says.

Who made it

The people

The same crew as Modern-Day Culture, friends who have collected for twenty years and already run the social record bar down the soi. This is the second idea: smaller crates, stranger drinks, a colour.

Which night

The night

Tuesday to Sunday, 18:00 to 01:00, closed Monday. Pair it with Modern-Day Culture and walk between the two. Order the vinegar-led drinks, because nobody else in the city is making them, and because it is the kind of thing you want to be able to say you did.

Insider tip

Walk in knowing

Look for the red door on the third floor. Order the vinegar-led drinks and walk to Modern-Day Culture after.

Why it fits

Why it is in the atlas

The second room of a pair, with crates of jazz, house and disco behind a red door and a drinks list nobody else in Bangkok is attempting. A new room, kept on its one published source.
